What exams can I take?

At Regents English Language School you can take a number of exams. For Cambridge exams you will have to travel to Great Malvern or Worcester, whilst City & Guilds exams can be taken at Regents. Please note, the cost of the exam must be paid by the student.

CAMBRIDGE
(including FCE, CAE and CPE)

These exams are the most well-known English examinations. They are held in June and December every year. To take the exam, you will go to Great Malvern. (One of our teachers will take you.)

IELTS

This exam is usually necessary if you want to study at a British university. You can take it throughout the year. It is held in Worcester, and a teacher from Regents will usually accompany you.

City & Guilds Pitmans Qualifications

City & Guilds English examinations have been around for 20 years. You can take a City & Guilds examination at any time during your stay. They cover all levels of English ability and you take the exam at Regents.
